The inception of the company originated after the owner, Marty Benavidez, did a complete renovation of his hill country home. The interiors and exterior were entirely remodeled. A new living space was added to the property including an outdoor kitchen, bathroom, hot tub, recreational space, and an infinity pool. This increased the value of the home by 70%. After this successful project, Marty realized he could do this for others and started Marty B Contracting in a pursuit to use his expertise to increase his client's home value or just simply help them create a better version of their asset.
